Dear Town & Country Hospital Staff: 4/22/05
On behalf of our entire family, we send Dr. Jorge
Inga, and the Town Country Hospital staff our deepest
gratitude for the exceptional care you showed our
father before, during, and after his back surgery.
As with any major operation, back surgery is a very
difficult and complicated procedure with some uncertainty
of outcome. So you understand, although our dad was
the one actually. Having the surgery, the decision
to more forward with the procedures was not an easy
one for either one of our parents. Prior to surgery,
we can honestly say there were many sleepless nights,
but our dad was confident he had the best; he was
right!
To say trust was a priority is an understatement.
Frankly, failure was not an option with this case,
as our parents are the pillars of strength in our
family, Understanding our concerns, especially the
emotional roller-coaster involved with this decision,
Dr. Jorge Inga embrace our parents like his own family.
Not did he take the time to explain every detail of
this difficult procedure before surgery, but followed-up
with phone calls even when he was, out of the country,
on vacation.
To each of the following staff members mention below,
our father would like to take the opportunity to personally
thank you. He personally speaks of each of you, and
relates his surgery experience to the exceptional
care and treatment you provided him during his stay
at the Town & Country Hospital.
Dr. Jorge Inga, Elaine Washington, R.N., Nayda Colon,
Frances and Lisa (Physical Therapy), Rod Walden, Yvette
Crosby, Viju (nurse), Judy Martucci, R.N., Angie (evening
assistant), and Frida Mosely.
In his won words, “Words cannot describe the
way they cared for me. They were wonderful and did
whatever they could to make me feel at home. They
were awesome!” From a son's perspective, there
is not doubt that you folks are the best in Tampa.
